Lighthouse Yoga is where YOUR yoga practice makes a difference! By YOU practicing yoga with us, you are making sure that others receive the benefits of yoga and meditation programs.

We start around 8:15-ish and end at 9:30 a.m. (unless it’s pouring rain). Bring a yoga mat and/or a towel, water, sunscreen and a few of your closest friends! All ages and all levels welcome. LIGHTHOUSE YOGA IS a place for you to come as you are and be who you are in the spirit of community, well being, and friendship.

Ned’s Point Light is located in Mattapoisett, MA. Scroll down for map!

We know you love your outdoor yoga in the summertime, especially at the Lighthouse! It really is a magical place. And we know that you can help us to reach our goal of $20,000 in 20 weeks by donating $20 to the cause. This is a call to action and we need your help. Please support Project Wheel House and yoga for all.

20 Yoga Classes. 20 Weeks.

“20in20” is the driving force that keeps the wheel in Project Wheel House turning.

20 outdoor yoga sessions held at the stunning venue Ned’s Point Lighthouse with all net proceeds benefitting PWH.

With every deep inhalation and every $20 bill dropped into the collection jar, we set out to reach $20,000 in 20 weeks!

We all know how beneficial yoga is for body, mind, and spirit which is why Project Wheel House allows those who might not otherwise have this opportunity a chance to experience it with free yoga, meditation, and mindfulness programs.

PWH provides ongoing classes for incarcerated men and women, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, our LQBTQ friends, and at-risk youth. This is happening right now and right here along the Southcoast.

Just listen to what one inmate said about his meditation classes: "[I gained] an enlightened consciousness of the strength within each and every breath, the power of compassionate awareness, and a better knowledge of my emotional feelings."

And from one of our Lgbtq yoga classes: "[I gained] a sense of camaraderie and wellness... yoga is an amazing modality that all should experience."

Each week at Lighthouse Yoga we feature a different teacher rotating between four (Marcia Hathaway, Jenn Risio, Sandra Sadhana, and Niki Winning). Yoga styles are versatile and varied, ranging from vinyasa to gentle and always FUN!
